The Rwandan Bourbon coffee is packed with rich flavor and subtle earthy undertones. Coffee beans from Rwanda are known for their unique flavor. This flavor occurs because of the unusual nature of the local soil which produces a bean with a lower acidity than coffees from neighboring countries. This medium- bold bodied bean is roasted several shades lighter than a standard dark roast to preserve the inherent flavors and taste.

Strong and interesting aroma, lots of flavor, good body; very slightly bitter at the finish. If, unlike me, you use creamer or sugar, this should be superb!
