White Teas

Our selection of white teas consists of harvests stretching from early to mid-Spring. When brewed, they produce infusions of exceptional smoothness, taste, flavor and aroma. The term “white tea” comes from the silvery downy fur that appears on the young leaf buds of the tea plant. You may also see leaf white teas also as some white teas are in leaf and not tea pin or needle form such as our kenyan Rift Valley white teas. White tea is native to Northern Fujian. Today white teas are produced in Eastern African Countries and many other regions of the world. Our white teas are grown in Kenya, Tanzania and Malawi.
