This is a blend of finely crushed bissap aka hibiscus flowers, and whole hibiscus flowers blended to bring you a delightful treat of bissap. 

Traditionally part of the African and Caribbean food Culture it has spread around the world and is particularly big in West Africa and Jamaica. Throughout the Caribbean it is an integral part of Christmas and holiday celebrations.
